Basic includes the same core features as Pro, but with limits on how many Collections, Categories, and Bookmarks you can create. If you hit a limit, you can still view and use everything you’ve already saved—but you won’t be able to add more until you upgrade to Pro (which removes all limits).

Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro anytime. You can also cancel whenever you want - your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

SortSites is currently available as a Chrome extension. Support for other browsers (like Edge and Brave) may come later, but it isn’t officially supported right now.

Yes. An account is required to save your data and manage your subscription. Pro users also need an account for Cloud Sync and multi-device access.

Yes. Basic & Pro includes Cloud Sync and multi-device support, so your Collections, Categories, and Bookmarks stay consistent wherever you’re signed in.

Yes. Export/Import is included with Basic & Pro so you can move your data in or out of SortSites whenever you need.

SortSites only requests the permissions needed to save and organize your bookmarks inside the extension. We don’t read your browsing history or sell your data.

We don’t sell your data. Your saved links are stored in your account and used only to provide the product (like sync across devices). Data stored in Firebase/Firestore is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google, and access is restricted using authentication + database security rules. You can delete saved items anytime from within the app.

We follow GDPR-aligned data practices and provide the required disclosures for users in the EU/EEA. You can request access to or deletion of your data.

Collections are sorted alphabetically. Categories are ordered by you. Bookmarks are ordered by click count - so what you use most stays on top.

You can keep using and viewing what you’ve saved, but you won’t be able to add beyond your Basic limits until you upgrade to Pro.

Yes. You can delete saved items anytime. If you want your entire account and data removed, you can request deletion and we’ll process it.
