Getting started

  1. Sign in so your bookmarks can sync across devices.
  2. Add your first bookmark and place it into a collection.
  3. Choose a category inside your collection to keep things clean.
  4. Test search — search is your “muscle memory” tool.

Organize bookmarks

  • Collections = buckets (Projects, Tools, Research, Clients).
  • Categories = shelves inside a collection (e.g., “To Review”, “Vendors”, “Ideas”).
  • Bookmarks = items saved into the right collection + category.
  • Context menu save: right-click any page and save it directly into your chosen collection and category.
Tip: If you’re unsure, start with 3 collections and a few clear categories inside each. Expand only when needed.

Search like a power user

  • Use short keywords (brand/tool names work best).
  • Search + then narrow by collection/category (don’t over-filter upfront).
  • Use notes to store “searchable memory” (e.g., “use for SEO audit”).

Sync & multi-device

  • Always sign in with the same Google account.
  • If Chrome auto-picks the wrong account, switch Chrome profile and retry.
  • If something looks “missing”, refresh after 10–30 seconds to let sync catch up.

  3. Change plan, cancel, or download invoices.
