Organize bookmarks
- Collections = buckets (Projects, Tools, Research, Clients).
- Categories = shelves inside a collection (e.g., “To Review”, “Vendors”, “Ideas”).
- Bookmarks = items saved into the right collection + category.
- Context menu save: right-click any page and save it directly into your chosen collection and category.
Tip: If you’re unsure, start with 3 collections and a few clear categories inside each. Expand only when needed.

- Use short keywords (brand/tool names work best).
- Search + then narrow by collection/category (don’t over-filter upfront).
- Use notes to store “searchable memory” (e.g., “use for SEO audit”).

- Always sign in with the same Google account.
- If Chrome auto-picks the wrong account, switch Chrome profile and retry.
- If something looks “missing”, refresh after 10–30 seconds to let sync catch up.
