Getting started

How do I use SortSites?

  • Save: add a site to your bookmarks/collections.
  • Organize: use tags, folders/collections, and search.
  • Sync: sign in so your bookmarks are available across devices.
Account

Account & sign-in

I’m signed into the wrong Google account
Sign out from your SortSites account, then sign in again and choose the correct Google account. If Chrome keeps auto-selecting, switch profiles in Chrome and try again.
I can’t sign in
Try refreshing the page, disabling aggressive ad blockers for SortSites, and ensure your browser allows cookies for sign-in. If it still fails, email support with a screenshot.
Billing

Billing & plans

How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Account and open the billing portal. From there you can cancel, change plans, and download invoices.
I paid but my plan didn’t update
It can take a few seconds to sync. Wait 10–30 seconds, then refresh the Account page. If it still doesn’t update, contact support and include your payment email + timestamp.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes—open the billing portal from your Account page and download invoices/receipts there.
Privacy

Privacy & data

We store the bookmarks and organization data you save so the product works. We don’t store your card details—billing is handled by Stripe.

See Policies for the full Terms/Privacy.
